Week 2 - Special Prayer Request

You may remember our dear friend Branca, a nurse and community leader who has given selflessly to the people of Timor-Leste for over eighteen years. Years ago, at her request, and the Lord's provision we built a medical center, and later a birthing clinic in this remote village of Sidara that she lives and cares for others.

Two weeks ago, her home was overrun by the massive rains, and we are so grateful that she was unharmed. However, the waters rose over a meter high. All she had was lost.

The waters have since mostly receeded, yet  her home remains filled with mud inside and out. It will take weeks, and heavy equipment to remove all the mud from her home.

Please pray with us for provision for the costly mud removal, new furnishings, appliances, and all her basic needs, so that she can focus on those she loves to serve in her community. We hope to raise $2,000 to provide her some assistance.

This is our opportunity to sow back into her life and ministry of serving others.
