In remote villages access to clean water, and professional medical care is often lacking. Working together with international organizations we have been able to build facilities that provide much needed medical services.

Off the beaten path in Sidara, Timor-Leste there is a remote village that experienced a high
infant and mother mortality rate due to the lack of access to hospital services for labor and delivery.  
In 2008, we built a birthing clinic that continues to safely deliver babies each week.

Most often in  rural and remote  communities, there is limited to no access to medical and dental care.
