Update Timor-Leste Relief

Just days following the devastating floods in Timor-Leste where sadly the death toll continues to rise, and 10,000 people have been displaced and remain in shelters, relief is beginning to be felt. Thanks to your prayers and gifts S.O.W. has already begun to deliver immediate relief to those in the greatest need.
